At Solotech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most products. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Solotech account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Solotech

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
